Return & Refund Policy

At Armoni Vasavi, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, this policy explains how cancellations, returns, exchanges and refunds work.

Order cancellations
You can cancel your order free of charge before it has been shipped by emailing us at info@armonivasavi.com with your order number. Once your order has shipped, our standard return policy below applies.

Return window
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unwashed and unused, with all original tags still attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (such as your order number or order confirmation email) is required.

How to start a return

1. Email us at info@armonivasavi.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.
2. We will review your request and reply within 24 hours on business days.
3. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and clear instructions on how and where to send your package.

Returns are made by mail. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect."

Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@armonivasavi.com, ideally with a photo of the issue. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs, at no extra cost to you.

Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned: gift cards; items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery; and items without their original tags or packaging.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different size or colour is to return your original item and, once the return is approved, place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may need some additional time to process and post the refund.

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD), and refunds are issued in CAD. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except when the item is defective, damaged or incorrect.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@armonivasavi.com.

Duties and taxes
All prices include applicable duties and import taxes. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

Your statutory rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable provincial consumer protection laws.
